Each home is designed to be more than just a place to stay — it’s a backdrop for life’s meaningful moments, both quiet and celebratory. The Hopewell Chapter features a collection of spacious one- and two-bedroom homes, each designed with authentic materials and thoughtful details that create a genuine sense of place. The interiors mix contemporary convenience with touches of local heritage, creating spaces that feel both fresh and familiar.
Homes are priced from the mid-$2,000s with grand opening incentives that include three months free on select residences. Initial occupancy is expected in early May.
“We believe home should never go out of style,” Jonathan Kushner, president of KRE Group, said. “At The Hopewell Chapter, we’ve created living spaces that honor the rich heritage of the region and address the need for convenient commuting to nearby cities while providing all the modern comforts that make everyday living both easier and more memorable.”
