A 235,735-square-foot warehouse in North Jacksonville sold for $29.5 million on Aug. 14, county records show.

VanTrust Real Estate, based in Kansas City, sold Imeson Park South Building B1 to three LLCs that appear to be associated with The STRO Companies, KRE Group and the Silverman Group, which are all based in New Jersey, according to county and state records.

The site is at 1511 Zoo Parkway, Unit 500, on an 18.82-acre site in the Imeson Park area.

Rail access, Blount Island and Interstates 95 and 295 are all near the site.

Jacksonville officials approved a $15.1 million permit for the project last year, city records show. The building has a height of 45.5 feet, according to the records.

The Conlan Co. was the construction contractor that did work on building B1. The listed property owner is JI IPS Land LLC, which has the mailing address of VanTrust Real Estate.

This marks another sale of a building in the Imeson Park area after INDUS Realty Trust purchased a distribution facility for clothing retailer Primark from VanTrust Real Estate for $62.85 million.
