KRE Group Adds New Members to Key Positions

KRE Group is thrilled to announce the recent expansion of its team. Our newest members bring a wealth of expertise, spanning from key executives in acquisitions to seasoned professionals specializing in property and maintenance management. The new hires include:

• Max Bulbin has been added to the KRE Group executive team as director of acquisitions. His strong background in multifamily, industrial, and retail real estate aligns seamlessly with core business, positioning KRE well for growth in 2024 and beyond. Mr. Bulbin is responsible for directing KRE Group’s acquisition strategy, including identifying prime investment opportunities in high-demand areas and providing support throughout the acquisition, pre-development, and development process.

• Michael Polese has been appointed as the new Property Manager for Journal Squared in Jersey City. A proud Jersey native from Union City, Michael brings a wealth of experience to our community. His journey from St. Peter’s Prep to Columbia University laid the foundation for an impressive career in hospitality, highlighted by a noteworthy tenure as the General Manager of an award-winning hotel. Michael’s dedication to excellence and putting people first continued as he seamlessly transitioned into property management, serving in senior roles for several prominent buildings in the area and earning industry accolades along the way.

• Tiffany Porras has been named the new Property Manager for Grove Pointe in Downtown Jersey City. Tiffany’s Jersey City roots run deep, and her keen understanding of the city’s remarkable progress makes her well positioned to bring a fresh and insightful perspective to our community. With a number of years of Property Management under her belt, including various roles at the LeFrak Organization and Bozzuto, Tiffany’s proven commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will undoubtedly ensure the continued positive living experience for Grove Pointe residents.

• Walter Ramirez is serving as new Senior Area Maintenance Manager. Walter brings with him 20+ years of experience overseeing 3,500+ units. He is currently certified NJ Black Seal, a proctor for EPA certification, fire safety manager, lead-safety building maintenance certification, and certified pool operator. Walter excels in team leadership, strategic planning, budget oversight, safety protocols implementations, and ESG/Sustainability management. His passion for the industry will be a great asset to the KRE team and its residents.
