KRE Group launches virtual leasing for Bayonne’s Bay 151

Jersey City-based KRE Group on Tuesday said it is preparing to launch virtual leasing efforts for Bay 151—the firm’s first residential development in Bayonne.

In response to New Jersey’s recent social distancing measures, KRE created a virtual leasing platform that allows prospective tenants to view a wide variety of apartment layouts with 360-degree tours, as well as execute leases, from the safety and comfort of home.

Located at 151 Centre St. on Bayonne’s waterfront peninsula, Bay 151, formerly known as Harbor Station North, is comprised of three four-story buildings offering 200 rental apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail space—just steps from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.

The luxury residences range from studios to three-bedrooms with many offering private balconies, featuring plank flooring throughout the living areas, stainless steel appliances, white quartz kitchen countertops with white subway tile backsplashes, central air and in-home washer and dryers.

With its ease of access to and from Manhattan, the former manufacturing hub of Bayonne has seen recent infrastructure improvements including the recently completed New Jersey Turnpike 14A interchange, accessible from Interstate 78. Bay 151 is located steps from the 45th Street Station on the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, with service to Jersey City, where Manhattan-bound commuters can connect to the PATH train.

The Marketing Directors is the exclusive leasing and marketing team for Bay 151. Leasing is slated to begin this month.
