KRE Group, Russo debut 78 luxury residences at Rockaway Twp. rental community
ROI-NJ | By Linda Lindner — Snagging a brand-new apartment at one of Morris County’s hottest rental communities just became a lot easier.
Rock Pointe, the luxury rental community in Rockaway Township, has opened its final phase of residences for leasing, developers KRE Group and Russo Development announced Thursday.
The new phase delivers 78 new apartments to a supply-constrained market, giving renters a fresh chance to lease in an already-popular community. It puts the finishing touch on Rock Pointe, the upscale garden apartment community situated in a spectacular ridgetop setting at 1 Rock Pointe Place, just off Green Pond Road, near shopping, dining and an entrance to Interstate 80.
Rock Pointe has now reached its full size of 345 rental residences, complemented by an array of indoor and outdoor amenities that includes a central 10,000-square-foot clubhouse.
Monthly rental rates start from $2,250 for one-bedroom residences and $2,740 for two-bedroom residences, with incentives of one month free on select two-bedroom apartments available for a limited time. Initial occupancy of the final phase is projected for May.

Climate control is efficient and modern, with central AC and gas heat/hot water.
Rock Pointe is a new addition to KRE Group’s “Garden Collection” of luxury apartments. Commuters are well-connected, as Interstate 80, Interstate 287, Route 15 and Route 46 are all nearby.
