Luxury rental property to open this fall in Jersey City

A 37-story luxury rental building is set to open this fall in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District.
351 Marin will feature 507 residential units located at 351 Marin Blvd., in close proximity to the Grove Street PATH station, commuter ferries with service to Lower and Midtown Manhattan and the Hudson Bergen Light Rail system, the Kushner Real Estate Group said in a news release.
The property is a joint venture between KRE Group and Northwestern Mutual, and the Marketing Directors will serve as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the property, KRE Group said.
The building was designed by Hollwich Kushner and HLW Architects, and the property will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with upscale features. The building will also feature a café, outdoor pool, fitness center and sky lounge, among other amenities.
The building is set to open in early fall, but an exact date has not been released. Prospective renters can learn more at 351marin.com.
